Uses
Relieves and/or prevents craving and nicotine withdrawal symptoms associated with tobacco dependence. Indicated to aid smokers wishing to quit or reduce prior to quitting, to assist smokers who are unwilling or unable to smoke, and as a safer alternative to smoking for smokers and those around them.
Dosage
Adults smokers 18 years and over: for 2-4 weeks apply 1 patch daily and continue to smoke as needed. Once the Niquitin Pre-Quit programme is completed, smoking should be completely stopped and the user move on to the NiQuitin step-down programme. A healthcare professional should be consulted if the number of cigarettes smoked has not been cut down after 4 weeks of using the patches.
