Adults: 15ml (1 measuring cup or tablespoon) once a day in the morning with breakfast. Take for at least 4 weeks.
For the relief of temporary tiredness.
Over 16 years: 1-2 tablets with water, as required during the day. No more than 2 tablets in 3 hours or 8 tablets a day. Under 16 years: not suitable.
For the relief of fatigue and drowsiness.
Over 12 years: 2 tablets every 3-4 hours as required. Maximum 12 tablets in 24 hours. Under 12 years: not to be given.
